The European Parliament building shown here was designed in the oval shape, a symbol of union, intending to reflect the essential notions of transparency, democracy and proximity to citizens.To try an capture the mood of this building I have used a multiple exposure shot, the first shot using intentional camera movement to get the blur and the holding the camera steady to get some areas in focus. additionally, the main area is intentionally over exposed (high key) slightly to enhance this effect.
